1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using BloomNote (bloomnote.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BloomNote provides a platform for users to assemble and share personalized digital care packages containing letters, polaroid memories, dedicated songs, videos, interactive scratch cards, and vouchers.
2. Free Service & Ad-Supported Model
BloomNote is provided 100% free of charge to creators and recipients. The platform is monetized through non-intrusive sponsor banners and brief countdown rewards. You agree not to block, tamper with, or circumvent advertising features that sustain this free service.
3. 7-Day Auto-Expiration Storage Policy
To ensure maximum privacy and keep server storage lightweight, all generated care package links are configured to automatically blossom and expire after 7 days. Once expired, package links and their associated data are permanently purged from server memory and cannot be recovered.
4. User Content & Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content (text, image URLs, video links, notes) you attach to a care package. You agree NOT to use BloomNote to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or defame any individual.
- Post explicit, abusive, pornographic, or unlawful material.
- Distribute malicious links, phishing URLs, or viruses.
- Infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademark rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
BloomNote is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost package links, third-party embedded media downtime (e.g. YouTube or Spotify API changes), or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
