1. Our Privacy Philosophy
At BloomNote (`bloomnote.in`), we believe personal memories, love notes, and gift packages should remain private between you and your recipient. We do not require accounts, logins, email addresses, or password credentials to create or receive a care package.
2. Data Storage & 7-Day Automatic Purging
When you generate a care package, your message payload is stored securely with an automatic expiration period of 7 days.
After 7 days, the system automatically and permanently purges your package data. We do not retain backup archives, logs, or copies of your letters or photos after this expiration period.
3. Local Browser Storage
While creating a draft package, your progress is saved locally in your own web browser. This data never leaves your device until you explicitly hit "Generate Share Link". You can clear your draft at any time by clicking "Reset Box".
4. Third-Party Services & Embedded Content
Care packages may contain embedded media from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Vimeo, or external image links. Interacting with embedded players may subject you to the privacy policies of those respective services.
5. Advertising & Analytics
BloomNote relies on non-intrusive ad banners to keep the platform 100% free for everyone. We do not track users across external websites or build personal advertising profiles.
